Napa Valley December 2001 my dad and I spent a little get away weekend in California's Sonoma and Napa Valleys. A paradise, of course! "Home" my father suggested in his ongoing persuasion to prevent me from moving to New York City. No, dear Dad Calastoga will have to wait for retirement. My young soul cannot resist the burning passion of New York City residency. |

Old Faithful Geyser One of the very few "Old Faithful" geysers located in Calastoga, CA erupts approximately every seven minutes. Scientists are measuring if a correlation to geyser eruptions and earthquakes exists. |
| My dear Dad Cyprus trees at one of the most beautiful wineries. My dad and I toured the winery and learned how the wine is made and enjoyed the many sculptures in their massive gardens. I forget the name, perhaps I partook in too many tasting??? |
